Working with Serica Energy to embed diversity and inclusion

Serica came to us to develop a 'Diversity and Inclusion' E-learning package.

Overview

Serica is a British independent upstream oil and gas company with operations centred on the UK North Sea with a full range of exploration, development and production assets. At the start of 2021 Serica has approximately £90 million in cash, no debt and limited decommissioning liabilities.

Our solution

After reviewing what off-the-shelf products were available on the market, Serica concluded no suitable solutions matched their needs.

With the help of 3t Transform, Serica decided to build their own module, working closely with our Head of Learning & Development Linsey Horberry to establish their key learning objectives and build a quality script.

The build progressed according to the agreed plan and an E-learning bespoke solution created, ticking all of Serica’s learning goals.
