With over 35 years of experience and a Doctorate in Transformational Leadership, Grant has led a number of software as a service businesses. He is passionate about agile working to best meet customers’ needs and is a proponent of OKR’s as a way of aligning and empowering teams to execute on strategy.

Chief Technical Officer
Fiona has over 18 years’ experience in developing and managing innovative software solutions. With a strong interest in pedagogy – the science and psychology of learning – Fiona is excited about pushing the boundaries and creating the most immersive learning experiences possible. Fiona is a STEM ambassador with a passion for supporting young people to explore opportunities in the world of tech.

Head of Client Onboarding
Rachael heads the team that plans and delivers the implementation of the 3t Transform platform, including the set up of new client’s systems to ensure a smooth onboarding process. Rachael has vast industry expertise in the training and learning sector, with a deep understanding of the importance of job role compliance and competence frameworks.
Linsey Horberry
Head of Learning
Linsey has over 12 years’ experience in designing and managing the development of digital learning content. Linsey’s role at 3t Transform is to lead the Digital Learning Content Team in the design, creation and delivery of all digital learning content (both off-the-shelf and bespoke) using the latest technologies and learning and assessment methodologies.

A certified accountant with over 30 years’ experience of which 15 years have been spent in Technology organisations worldwide. Working within the business to provide financial information and data not only to use as a reporting tool but as a tool to drive the business forward.
