As a Content QC/QA Co-ordinator within the Learning and Development team you will conduct quality control and quality assurance checks on all digital content, ensuring that they meet client requirements and are of a consistently high standard prior to deployment. This role is part-time (3 days a week, 1 day in the office, 2 days remote).

What will your “typical day” look like?

Your day to day will involve assisting in the proofreading of all written content, you will conduct quality control checks on all generic and bespoke digital learning documentation and products to ensure consistency, making sure they are in line with in-house standards, client requirements and industry standards where applicable. You will coordinate the quality control and assurance process for all digital learning products, monitoring the status of products, and ensuring that all content-related issues related to products are verified and closed out before testing. You will prepare voiceover and translation scripts and any other associated documentation required for external suppliers. Working alongside the Head of Learning you will assist in content mapping and preparing of documentation for all content accreditations/approvals from external industry bodies. You will assist in the monitoring of legislative updates/changes to ensure that all Transform products are updated in line with legislation changes in a timely manner. You will assist in the creation and updating of all processes and templates related to digital content production.
